Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • All orders are subject to stock availability.
  • Once your order is confirmed and stock is available, it will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

If there are any hold-ups longer than 5 working days, we will be in contact with you.

Shipping Timeframes

We currently ship within New Zealand only. Delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • South Island: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
  • North Island: Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days after dispatch.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email, once your order has been dispatched. This email may go into your junk mail so please check
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen courier delays.
  • All orders are sent using a Signature Required default

We offer Free shipping on all orders over $200 in value. 
Free shipping only applies to your original order/items, if you are exchanging items from your original order then the free shipping doesn't apply on the exchanged items, please refer to returns policy.
